Pranayama & Meditation
In our modern life, we often forget and neglect ourselves physically and spiritually, due to the stressing and demanding lifestyle we are led to adopt. The Yoga philosophy leads us in an 8 limbs path to “correct” that. The Pranayama practice (breathing exercises) and Meditation are two of the top ones. in this workshops we will learn few simple and powerful breathing exercises, that work on every aspect of us- our mind, our chakras (energy channels), and our body (through all of its systems- respiratory, digestive, nervous, etc). As well as few meditation techniques, to work on relaxing and balancing our mind, according to different types of people, that will be learnt in the workshop.
